This covers the early-access waitlist on this website. It’s written plainly on purpose — Pebble handles business finances, so being straight about data is the point.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

Your email address — so we can tell you when your invite is ready.
If you choose to answer the optional question: your type of work and any feedback you type. Both are optional and you can leave them blank.

That’s it. We don’t ask for your name, phone number or payment details to join the waitlist, and this site doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

To email you about early access and launch — and nothing else you didn’t ask for.
To understand who’s interested and what they need, so we build the right product.

How it’s stored

Your details are stored securely with our backend provider (Supabase), encrypted in transit, on infrastructure with access controls. Only the Pebble team can read the waitlist; it isn’t publicly accessible.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
We don’t share it with advertisers.
We don’t send you marketing you didn’t sign up for.

Keeping or removing your details

We keep your email until we launch and you’ve had the chance to sign up — or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we’ll do it promptly. Just email us.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 (and comparable Australian law), you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email us and we’ll sort it.
